These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of mph.ai, a service provided by Lingua intellegens, UAB (“mph.ai”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Use of the service

You may use mph.ai only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms and any agreement governing your subscription. You are responsible for the advertising accounts, data, instructions, approvals and content you provide or connect.

Connected services and actions

mph.ai may integrate with third-party services such as Google Ads. Those services are governed by their own terms. You control which accounts are connected and which actions are approved or automated. You remain responsible for reviewing configurations, recommendations and changes to your advertising accounts.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, access it without authorization, use it to violate another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.

Intellectual property

mph.ai and its underlying software, design and content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in content and data you provide.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features identified as beta or experimental may change or be withdrawn.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Recommendations, forecasts and generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee advertising performance or specific business results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish revised terms here and update the date above. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
